A NECESSARY DEATH
For most people, getting permission to get married is a mere formality. But, when JAMAL KHASHOGGI entered the Saudi Arabian consulate in Turkey to get the necessary papers, he never came out. The world would soon learn that while his fiancé, Hatice Cengiz, waited outside, KHASHOGGI was murdered inside, by order of the Saudi Arabian government.
The Saudis brashly thought they would escape detection, but the Turkish intelligence service had bugged the embassy. Soon, RECEP ERDOGAN, the president of Turkey, was appearing on news channels across the world hinting at evidence of the most awful of crimes. KHASHOGGI’S death became caught up in a battle for influence and control over the region, involving the Saudi crown prince, MOHAMMED BIN SALMAN, ERDOGAN, DONALD TRUMP, BASHAR AL-ASSAD, VLADIMIR PUTIN, the United Nations et all.
